I found this small scrap of paper in a cookbook, being used as a book mark. It's roughly 1" by 3" and appears to bear a printed advertisement. It's not newsprint, it feels more like cheap magazine paper. It would be unremarkable for me except for the intriguing words "Disc Jockey." The ad looks oddly familiar but I can't place it.
The back bears a little text, the number 12. and a few non-sequential words interrupted by the tear "...toon Classic Disney's Best... Fabulous Fifties (Disney)". I've had no luck identifying it from any of those details.
Clues, hints, guesses and answers are all welcome.
