This is a 6.5" Wilcox Gay Recordio. It's beat up, scratched and chipped and has a dent so bad the outer third is unplayable by normal means. But from the remaining portion I recovered some audio. It was clear from the label that this was an amateur radio transcription.
It was recorded October 25th, 1949. The program is clearly a swing program with two male cast members who are named Jack and Bill. The disc runs out because anyone utters a surname, call sign or network. Jack could be Jack Benny, or any number of other more obscure Jacks. Your guess is as good as mine.

Perhaps Billy Leach and Jack Kirby on WBBM. See Billboard Oct 19, 1948, p.38. "Jack Kirby and Billy Leach new male vocalists at WBBM CBS outlet have band experience which puts them into radio."
