Irv and Jenny's Housewarming

This was an unexpected find. It's a home recording that dates to May 16th 1952. The date is clearly given in the recording during a housewarming party for Irving and Jenny. I cant quite make out the venue but it sounds like Hollington Farm or Hollington Pond.

A narrator of some kind operates the recorder, and brings over people to leave recorded greetings for the couple. The town name is repeated several times and sounds like Rancocas New Jersey. Towards the end of the recording the audio hiccups and abruptly the crowd noise is gone and a few stragglers on the guest list leave messages.
