Transcription Mystery Disc #164

This is an 8-inch red Recordio home recording. It spins at 78 rpm and has an outer edge start. It's in pretty decent shape minus some normal wear and unusual discolorations. It's not evenly faded ina crescent or arc like it was exposed to sunlight... instead it's gone splotchy.

Pianist with Family

The recording is of a family with a pianist. The first track is solo piano, the second track is piano with the family singing, it sounds like kids and a dad singing so I assume the pianist is mom. I don't know the first song but the second song is "I'm Looking Over A Four Leaf Clover" made quite famous by Art Mooney in 1948. Though it was originally written in 1927, it's hit status in 198 leads me to believe it dates to after that year. Dad shouts at the end of the recoding "That's it Honey!"to indicate the end of the disc. She wraps it up mid-bar abruptly.
